Welcome to Vccpanda! By accessing or using our platform, https://www.vccpanda.net, you agree to abide by and comply with the following terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
1. General Agreement
This User Agreement governs your use of the Vccpanda platform, a global marketplace connecting freelancers and buyers for various professional services, including graphic design, development, marketing, writing, and more. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Vccpanda.
2. Account Registration
To access most services on Vccpanda, both buyers and freelancers must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
If you violate any part of this User Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
3. Platform Use
For Buyers:
- Post Jobs: Buyers can post projects or search for services offered by freelancers.
- Hire Freelancers: After reviewing freelancer profiles and proposals, buyers can choose the best fit for their needs.
- Payment: Payment is made through the platform once the work is completed and approved by the buyer.
For Freelancers:
- Create Profiles: Freelancers can create profiles showcasing their services and expertise.
- Submit Proposals: Freelancers can submit proposals for posted projects that match their skills.
- Earnings: Freelancers will be paid upon successful completion and buyer approval of the work.
4. Commission and Fees
Vccpanda charges a 20% commission on payments received by freelancers and a 10% fee on payments made by buyers for each completed transaction. These fees are deducted before the funds are transferred to freelancers and buyers.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through the platform. Vccpanda does not facilitate payments outside of the platform.
5. Code of Conduct
- All users of Vccpanda are required to communicate professionally, respectfully, and without engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.
- Vccpanda reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user found in violation of this conduct.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between a buyer and a freelancer, both parties must use the Vccpanda dispute resolution system. Vccpanda acts as a neutral party and will make the final decision based on the evidence provided.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Freelancers retain ownership of the work they produce unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Upon receiving payment, the buyer gains full usage rights to the completed work.
8. Termination of Account
Vccpanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates this User Agreement.
- Involves fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Is inactive for a prolonged period of time.
In the event of termination, any outstanding transactions will be held until resolved.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vccpanda is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. We are not liable for any loss of data, money, or opportunity due to platform usage.
10. Changes to the User Agreement
Vccpanda reserves the right to modify or amend this User Agreement at any time. All changes will be posted on the platform, and the updated version will include a revised “Effective Date.” Continuing to use the platform after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised agreement.
11. Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable laws in California. Any disputes that arise will be resolved in the appropriate courts in California.
