1. Ownership of Content

Users of Vccpanda retain ownership of their content, including text, images, videos, designs, and other creative works, unless otherwise agreed upon in a service agreement. By posting content to the platform, users grant Vccpanda a license to use, display, and distribute that content in accordance with our Terms of Service.

2. Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or shared on Vccpanda without your permission, you have the right to file a complaint with us. We take copyright infringement seriously and will act in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice for copyrighted material, please send a written notice to Vccpanda’s legal team at the following contact details:

Your notice must include the following information:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content has been removed in error or based on a mistake, you can file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include the following:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • A description of the content that was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a counter-notification is filed, we will review it and may restore the content within 10-14 business days if no further legal action is taken by the original complainant.

5. Copyrighted Content Usage

Freelancers and buyers using Vccpanda are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload or use does not infringe on the copyright of others. Freelancers must only use content they have created or have permission to use, and buyers must ensure that the content they request or commission does not violate copyright laws.

6. Licensing of Content

If you are a buyer who commissions work from a freelancer, you will receive a license to use the completed work after the final payment has been made. This license may be limited to specific use cases, and any additional use must be agreed upon between you and the freelancer.

7. Reporting Copyright Violations

To report any content that you believe infringes upon your copyright, please contact Vccpanda via the channels listed above. We will investigate and take appropriate action based on the DMCA or other applicable copyright laws.

8. No Tolerance for Repeat Infringement

Vccpanda has a strict policy of no tolerance for repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid takedown notices for a user’s content, we may suspend or terminate their account.

9. Modification of Copyright Policy

Vccpanda reserves the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time. Please review it periodically to stay informed about any updates.
