As a user, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users on the platform. Vccpanda does not control, monitor, or guarantee the actions of freelancers or buyers and is not responsible for any issues arising from these interactions, including disputes or the quality of services provided.

5. Exclusions of Liability

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services rendered through the platform. Users are advised to perform due diligence when selecting freelancers or services.

7. Independent Contractors

Freelancers on the Vccpanda platform are independent contractors, and Vccpanda does not directly supervise, control, or provide warranties for their services. Any agreements made between buyers and freelancers are between the two parties, and Vccpanda does not assume any responsibility for their agreements or any outcomes that arise from them.
