At Vccpanda, we provide users with a secure wallet feature to facilitate transactions on the platform. This Wallet Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to funds added to the wallet and the handling of refunds.

1. Adding Funds to the Wallet

• Buyers can add funds to their Vccpanda wallet at any time. These funds are available for future transactions on the platform, including purchasing services or hiring freelancers.
• Adding funds to the wallet is not mandatory to use the platform, but it provides a convenient way to streamline future purchases.

2. Using Funds for Services or Freelancers

• Once funds are added to the wallet, the buyer can use these funds to pay for services or hire freelancers on the Vccpanda platform.
• The wallet balance will be deducted accordingly as purchases or project payments are made.

3. Refunds Due to Cancellations

• If an order is canceled, the funds paid for that order will be refunded to the buyer’s wallet, not back to their original payment method. This allows for quicker future purchases and continued use of the funds.
• Refunds due to cancellations will be processed within a reasonable time frame and automatically credited to the wallet.

4. Withdrawal of Funds

• Vccpanda does not allow direct withdrawal of funds from the wallet to the buyer’s bank account, credit card, or other payment methods. Wallet funds must be used for purchasing services or hiring freelancers within the platform.
• If a buyer wishes to withdraw the funds from their wallet to their original payment method, they must request this through email.

5. Requesting Wallet Fund Withdrawal

• If you wish to have the amount in your Vccpanda wallet refunded to your original payment method, you can submit a request via email to the following address: hello@vccpanda.net.
• Please provide the following details in your email request:
  • Your full name and account information
  • The amount you wish to withdraw
  • The original payment method details (e.g., card, bank account)
  • The reason for the withdrawal request
  • A contact number or email for follow-up
• Vccpanda will review the request and process the withdrawal as per the platform’s policies. Please allow a reasonable processing time for all withdrawal requests.

6. Security of Wallet Funds

• Vccpanda takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security of funds in the wallet. However, users are responsible for keeping their account credentials and payment information confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized activity or have concerns regarding your wallet, please contact Vccpanda support immediately.

7. Non-refundable Wallet Funds

• Vccpanda wallet funds are non-refundable for any unused portion after the completion of the purchase or the hiring of services. In case of cancellation, only the funds for the canceled orders will be refunded to the wallet.
