At Vccpanda, we strive to ensure that our payment processes are transparent, secure, and convenient for both buyers and freelancers. By using the Vccpanda platform, you agree to adhere to the following payment terms and conditions.

1. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments made through the platform will be processed securely using encryption technology to protect your sensitive information.

2. Commission Fees

• Freelancers: A 20% commission is charged on the total value of the completed project. This commission is deducted from the freelancer’s payment once the project is approved by the buyer and marked as complete.
• Buyers: A 10% service fee is charged on the total transaction value to buyers for using the Vccpanda platform. This fee is added to the price of the project or service.

3. Project Payments

• Escrow Payments: For larger projects or milestone-based work, the payment will be placed in escrow. The funds will be held securely by Vccpanda until the agreed-upon work is completed and both the buyer and freelancer are satisfied. Once the buyer approves the work, the payment will be released to the freelancer.
• Direct Payments: Buyers may choose to make direct payments once the project is completed to their satisfaction. These payments are final and non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the project agreement.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. By using Vccpanda, you agree that payments will be handled through these systems. Vccpanda does not handle any cash transactions outside the platform. Any attempt to make payments outside the platform will be deemed a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Refunds: Buyers may request refunds for unsatisfactory work, subject to the terms agreed upon in the project agreement or service listing. The refund process will be initiated if the work does not meet the agreed-upon scope, quality, or deadlines.
• Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, both buyers and freelancers are encouraged to resolve it through the Vccpanda platform. If an agreement cannot be reached, Vccpanda will mediate the dispute and make a final decision based on the evidence provided.

6. Currency

All payments on the Vccpanda platform are processed in USD or other local currencies based on the buyer’s location. You may incur currency conversion fees depending on your payment provider’s terms.

7. Late Payments

For buyers, if payments are delayed or pending, access to freelancers or the platform may be restricted until the payment is processed in full. Freelancers may also choose to pause work until the payment is confirmed.

8. Taxes

Both buyers and freelancers are responsible for any taxes that may be due based on their respective local tax laws. Vccpanda will not withhold any taxes on behalf of users. It is the responsibility of both parties to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

9. Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute arises, buyers and freelancers should work with Vccpanda support to resolve the issue promptly. Vccpanda reserves the right to suspend any account or hold any funds in cases of fraudulent activity or unresolved disputes.

10. Payment Security

Vccpanda employs state-of-the-art security measures to protect your payment information. We use SSL encryption and other advanced security technologies to keep your financial transactions secure. We also comply with all industry standards for payment processing.

11. Termination of Access Due to Payment Issues

If payment issues arise, Vccpanda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for both freelancers and buyers, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Access to ongoing projects may be restricted until payment disputes are resolved.
