1. About Vccpanda
Vccpanda is a global freelance marketplace that connects buyers and freelancers for professional services including graphic design, development, marketing, writing, AI solutions, and more. The platform supports transparent collaboration, secure payments, and professional project management.
2. Account Registration
To access most services, both freelancers and buyers must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Commission & Payment Terms
Vccpanda charges a 20% commission from freelancers and a 10% fee from buyers per completed transaction. All payments are processed securely through the platform and released once the buyer confirms delivery and satisfaction. Vccpanda is not responsible for external payments made outside the platform.
4. Using the Platform
Buyers can either browse services and hire freelancers directly or post a custom project. Freelancers can create service listings or submit proposals for projects. Communication between users is facilitated through the Vccpanda platform for better transparency and dispute prevention.
5. Code of Conduct
All users are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully. Abuse, hate speech, threats, or manipulation will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
6. Disputes and Refunds
Disputes between buyers and freelancers should be submitted through our dispute resolution system. Refunds are evaluated based on work delivery, quality, and agreed terms. Vccpanda acts as a neutral party and holds the final decision in platform-based disputes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by freelancers belongs to them unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. Buyers receive the rights to completed work upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vccpanda is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from user interactions, project outcomes, or service expectations. The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee the outcome of any freelance job or contract.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms. Unsettled transactions or disputes may be held until a resolution is reached.
