At Vccpanda, we offer subscription plans to both buyers and freelancers to enhance their experience and unlock additional platform features. This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how subscriptions work, the fees associated with them, and the billing process.
1. Subscription Plans Overview
We offer flexible subscription plans designed to cater to both buyers and freelancers. Each plan offers varying features, giving users access to enhanced services, support, and tools. Our subscription plans start from $19 per month. The key details are as follows:
- Basic Plan: Starting at $19/month
- Access to essential platform features
- Limited number of projects and services per month
- Standard customer support
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
- Premium Plan: Starting at $29/month
- Includes all Basic plan features plus additional project allocation
- Priority support
- Extended profile visibility for freelancers
- Enhanced search visibility for buyers
- Automatic monthly renewal unless canceled
2. Subscription Fees
- Freelancers: A subscription fee of $19 per month applies to freelancers who wish to unlock additional features such as the ability to bid on more projects, create multiple service listings, and gain access to premium customer support.
- Buyers: Buyers also pay $19 per month for enhanced features such as access to a wider pool of freelancers, priority project listing visibility, and premium project management tools.
3. Payment & Billing
- Subscription Charges: All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The payment for your subscription will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, starting from the date of your registration or plan upgrade.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. You will be billed at the start of each cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Payment Methods: Payments for subscriptions are processed through secure payment gateways, such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available methods on the platform.
- Tax & Additional Charges: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes that are required by law to be collected will be added to your subscription charges.
4. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: Users may upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan at any time by paying the difference between their current plan and the new plan.
- Downgrades: Users can downgrade to a lower-tier subscription plan by contacting support or through the platform settings. The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Subscription Cancellations: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if a technical error occurs or a billing dispute arises, we will investigate and, if deemed appropriate, issue a credit for the unused portion of the subscription.
6. Account Suspension
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension or termination of account privileges. If payment is not received by the due date, access to premium features and subscription-based services may be restricted until payment is made.
7. Changes to Subscription Plans
Vccpanda reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce new subscription plans at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any changes to the subscription offerings at least 30 days in advance. Any changes will apply only to future billing cycles.
