At Vccpanda, we strive to ensure that both buyers and freelancers are satisfied with their transactions. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process in the event that issues arise during a project. By using the Vccpanda platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Unsatisfactory Work: Buyers may request a refund if the work is deemed unsatisfactory, and the issue must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable. If the work does not meet the project scope, quality, or deadlines as agreed upon, the buyer can request a refund.
- No Delivery or Late Delivery: If a freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified time frame, buyers may be entitled to a refund. The request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the missed deadline.
- Disputes and Resolution: If a buyer and freelancer cannot reach an agreement on the completion or quality of work, a dispute can be filed through the Vccpanda dispute resolution system. Vccpanda will mediate the issue and may issue a partial or full refund depending on the outcome.
2. Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund: Buyers can initiate a refund request via the Vccpanda platform. A refund request should include a clear explanation of why the work is unsatisfactory, along with any supporting evidence.
- Reviewing the Refund Request: Vccpanda will review the refund request and any provided documentation. Both the buyer and freelancer will be contacted to resolve the issue. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the request is approved.
- Full Refund: If the refund is approved, the buyer will receive a full refund of the payment made to the freelancer, excluding any platform transaction fees.
- Partial Refund: In some cases, Vccpanda may approve a partial refund if part of the project was completed satisfactorily.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins: If the buyer wishes to cancel the project before any work has been done, the cancellation can be made free of charge. The buyer will receive a full refund of the payment made.
- After Work Begins: Once the freelancer has started working on the project, cancellations may be subject to the terms agreed upon between the buyer and freelancer. If a cancellation is requested after work has started, it may result in a partial refund, based on the work completed by the freelancer at the time of cancellation.
- Mutual Agreement: In the event of a mutual agreement to cancel the project, both the buyer and freelancer must notify Vccpanda. The cancellation and refund terms will be evaluated based on the agreed-upon work completed.
4. Non-refundable Fees
- Platform Service Fees: Any platform service fees charged to buyers or freelancers are non-refundable. These fees are applied for the use of the Vccpanda platform and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Currency Conversion Fees: If currency conversion is required for a refund, any related charges will be the responsibility of the buyer or freelancer.
5. Refunds for Completed Projects
Once the buyer has confirmed that the project is complete and the final payment has been made, no further refunds will be processed unless there is a clear violation of the project agreement, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon work.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the case of a dispute, Vccpanda will mediate and work to resolve the issue between the buyer and freelancer. Both parties are encouraged to communicate and reach an agreement before escalating the issue to Vccpanda support.
