This Jurisdiction Policy outlines the legal jurisdiction that governs the use of the Vccpanda platform and any disputes that may arise from your use of our services.
By using Vccpanda, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Jurisdiction for Disputes:
All disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or in connection with the use of the Vccpanda platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States of America, and the State of California. Regardless of where you are located, any legal matters or disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California, specifically within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County. You expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of disputes. - Exclusive Venue:
You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other agreements related to the use of the Vccpanda platform shall be conducted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. This means that you waive any right to bring a legal action in any other jurisdiction or venue, and you consent to the venue being in Los Angeles, California. - Consent to Personal Jurisdiction:
By accessing and using the Vccpanda platform, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the purposes of resolving any legal disputes, claims, or actions. You agree not to dispute the jurisdiction or venue of these courts, and you waive any objection related to inconvenient forum. - Governing Law:
The laws of the United States of America and the State of California shall apply to all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Vccpanda platform. This includes, but is not limited to, issues concerning these Terms and Conditions, your use of the services, and any transactions conducted through the platform. - Enforceability:
If any provision of this Jurisdiction Policy is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that reflects the intent of the original provision. - Arbitration and Mediation:
While disputes related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts, you agree that we may attempt to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, before resorting to litigation. Should any dispute be resolved through arbitration, the arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and governed by the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
