Dispute Resolution Policy

At Vccpanda, we strive to provide a fair and transparent platform where both buyers and freelancers can resolve any disputes in a timely and effective manner. This Dispute Resolution Policy outlines the process that both parties must follow in the event of a dispute.

1. Overview

Disputes may arise between buyers and freelancers regarding project terms, payment issues, or the quality of delivered work. Vccpanda is committed to resolving these disputes in a neutral, fair, and efficient manner. We encourage users to resolve conflicts amicably but understand that sometimes formal dispute resolution may be necessary.

2. Initial Resolution Steps

Before escalating the dispute, both parties are encouraged to try and resolve the matter directly. Here are some steps you should take:

  • Communicate Directly: Both the buyer and freelancer should communicate openly and professionally to resolve any issues or misunderstandings.
  • Review the Agreement: Both parties should review the project terms, including the scope of work, timelines, and payment terms as outlined in the service agreement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the issue can be escalated to Vccpanda for assistance.

3. Filing a Dispute

To initiate the dispute process, either the buyer or freelancer can file a formal dispute through the Vccpanda platform. This process should be followed:

  • Log into your Account: Both parties need to log into their Vccpanda accounts.
  • Open the Dispute: Navigate to the project or order where the issue occurred, and open a dispute.
  • Provide Relevant Information: Both parties must provide all necessary details and documentation to support their claim (e.g., messages, contracts, deliverables).
  • Submit the Dispute: Once all information is submitted, the dispute will be reviewed by Vccpanda’s support team.

4. Dispute Resolution Process

Once a dispute is filed, Vccpanda will:

  • Review the Evidence: Our team will carefully examine the evidence provided by both the buyer and freelancer, including communication history, project deliverables, and payment terms.
  • Attempt Mediation: Vccpanda may reach out to both parties to facilitate a resolution through negotiation or mediation.
  • Issue a Decision: If mediation is not successful, Vccpanda will make a final decision based on the available evidence and the platform’s policies. This decision will be binding.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

In certain cases, Vccpanda may approve a refund or chargeback based on the outcome of the dispute. The decision will be made after considering the circumstances, including:

  • Whether the freelancer completed the work according to the agreed terms.
  • Whether the buyer was satisfied with the work and provided timely feedback.
  • If payment was made, whether it was in compliance with Vccpanda’s payment policies.

Refunds may be issued to the buyer’s Vccpanda wallet or directly to their payment account, depending on the circumstances.

6. Escalation to Legal Authorities

If the dispute cannot be resolved through the Vccpanda platform, or if the issue involves illegal activities, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant legal authorities. Vccpanda is not responsible for any legal action
