2. Process of Suspension

When we suspend an account, we will notify the user via the registered email address. The user will have an opportunity to address the reason for the suspension by providing clarification or taking corrective action. We reserve the right to suspend an account immediately if we determine the activity is severe enough to compromise the safety or integrity of the platform.

3. Process of Termination

If a violation is deemed significant or unresolvable, we may permanently terminate the user’s account. This action is taken in cases where the user repeatedly violates the platform’s policies or engages in illegal activities. In the case of termination, the user will not be allowed to re-register under any circumstances.

If an account is terminated due to a violation, the user will not be entitled to a refund for any unused services, and any outstanding payments may be withheld. If there are any unresolved disputes between buyers and freelancers at the time of termination, Vccpanda will follow the dispute resolution process as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Consequences of Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated, the following consequences may occur:

• Loss of Reputation: Termination or suspension of your account may negatively affect your reputation on the platform, as your profile and services will be flagged or removed.
