2. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account, posting projects, or engaging with freelancers. Providing false or misleading information can result in the suspension of your account.
  • Confidentiality and Privacy: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Do not share your credentials with others. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
  • Respectful Communication: All interactions with other users should be respectful and professional. Unprofessional, offensive, or disruptive behavior can lead to account suspension or termination.

3. Freelancers’ Responsibilities

Freelancers on Vccpanda are expected to:

  • Provide Quality Work: Freelancers must deliver work in accordance with the agreed-upon project terms and timelines. Failure to deliver quality work may result in negative feedback and possible account suspension.
  • Respect Clients’ Needs: Freelancers must communicate effectively with clients, adhering to the specifications outlined in the job description or project requirements. Any miscommunication or failure to meet expectations may lead to disputes.
  • Honor Deadlines: Freelancers should complete tasks within the agreed timelines. Any delays should be communicated to the client promptly.

4. Buyers’ Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Providing Clear Requirements: Buyers must provide clear and detailed instructions for the projects they post. Vague or unclear instructions can lead to misunderstandings and poor-quality work.
  • Prompt Payments: Buyers must ensure that payments are made in a timely manner once the work has been completed satisfactorily. Failure to do so can result in account penalties.
  • Communicating Expectations: Buyers must communicate their expectations clearly and collaborate with freelancers to ensure project success.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Vccpanda reserves the right to:

  • Monitor User Activity: We monitor user interactions on the platform to ensure compliance with this policy.
  • Take Action: We may suspend, terminate, or limit user access to the platform in cases of violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. Users may also face financial penalties or account bans depending on the severity of the breach.
  • Report Violations: If you encounter or witness any behavior that violates this policy, you are encouraged to report it to Vccpanda via the support system. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute arising from a violation of this policy, the matter will be addressed through Vccpanda’s dispute resolution process. If the issue cannot be resolved between the parties involved, it will be escalated to Vccpanda for review and final decision.

7. Consequences of Violation
