At Vccpanda, we aim to ensure that freelancers are paid promptly and securely for the work they complete. This Payout Policy outlines the process and conditions under which freelancers can request payouts for their earnings.

1. Payout Eligibility

Freelancers are eligible to request payouts once a buyer has marked their order as complete. Upon completion of the project and buyer approval, the freelancer can initiate a withdrawal request.

2. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Freelancers can request a payout once their balance reaches a minimum of $5. This minimum threshold ensures efficient processing of withdrawals and reduces the administrative burden for both freelancers and the platform.

3. Payout Request Process

• Freelancer’s Action: After the buyer confirms that the project is completed and satisfactory, the freelancer can request a payout. This is done through the Vccpanda platform.
• Approval Process: Once the request is made, the payout will be reviewed and processed by the platform. Please allow 1-2 business days for the payout request to be approved.

4. Payment Method

Payouts are processed through the payment method selected by the freelancer in their account settings. Accepted payment methods may include but are not limited to:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Other secure payment gateways offered on the platform

5. Transaction Fees

Please note that Vccpanda may charge a small processing fee for each payout request, depending on the payment method chosen. The exact fee will be displayed during the payout process.

6. Payout Timing

Once a payout request has been approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to reach the freelancer’s selected payment method. The timing may vary depending on the payment provider and their processing times.

7. Payouts for Cancelled Orders

In the event that an order is canceled by the buyer before the work is marked as completed, no payout will be made to the freelancer for that project.

8. Currency Conversion Fees

If a freelancer requests a payout in a different currency than the platform’s default currency, any applicable currency conversion fees will be the responsibility of the freelancer.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

If a freelancer’s account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of Vccpanda’s terms or policies, any pending payout requests will be withheld until the issue is resolved.
