By posting content to Vccpanda, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the services on the platform. This license will remain in effect for as long as the content is hosted on Vccpanda.

3. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

By using Vccpanda, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vccpanda from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. You also agree to take full responsibility for any legal costs or damages arising from a violation of this policy.

7. Modification of Content

Vccpanda reserves the right to modify, remove, or disable access to any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this Intellectual Property Policy or any other policy of the platform. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights.
